With a bespoke package, we can design an assessment system which allows your company to manage risk, minimise expensive damage to your vehicles, and keep your employees safe.

We offer two levels of assessment.

The first is a tried and tested approach where the driver is measured against an agreed level. Either allowing additional training on the day, a return visit, or setting a SMART or STAR plan for the driver to develop at their own pace. This method can also be applied to experienced drivers who are developing a history of unnecessary collisions, or concerns.

The second is a 2 or 3-day course, where we design and build an assessment programme for your company, including the training of assessors. These can then assess your own company drivers as part on an ongoing process. The course will cover such aspects as legal obligations, eyesight tests, fault finding, hazard perception, accurate and evidenced based reporting, route finding, and the construction of a SMART development plan. It is also possible to update an existing system, to bring it up to modern assessment standards.

Both approaches are built on over a decade of previous training for the Police, Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), OpenReach, and a major Pharmaceutical company.
